Vaughan & Associates, Inc. is an independent firm that specializes in the design, administration, and recordkeeping of qualified retirement plans. We have been providing retirement plans with these services for over 25 years.
The majority of our clients sponsor defined contribution plans (401(k) or Profit Sharing). Plan Sponsors will have a dedicated Account Manager to manage the ongoing needs of their retirement plan. We tailor our service to meet the specific needs of our clients, whether large or small. Participants will have access to their account online or through our toll-free VRU (Voice Response Unit).
Our “open architecture” investment platform allows us to partner with any financial advisor to offer a variety of mutual fund options. We have also developed a strategic alliance with many investment and insurance companies in order to provide a seamless package of recordkeeping and administrative services when utilizing an outside platform. Our dedicated Account Managers also provide support to our advisors as needed.
